Where to Hire Character Animators

Hello.

I'm currently working on an animated short film for my YouTube channel, but I need assistance in the animation department (more specifically, animating with puppets that I have created). I typically do all the animating on my own (using Character Animator and After Effects), but this next project is rather big and I'm going to need some help. What's the best resource for hiring people who are knowledgable in Character Animator?
