Why isnt one of my triggers showing up

I have 3 triggers but my Binder Paper trigger is not showing up on my record timeline. Does anyone know why ??

So are you saying that you have used the trigger and it's not showing up in the timeline? It won't show up otherwise.

Yes I fixed that now I have a swap set problem ( which is posted).
