I reinstalled windows 10 and i get this error when i open my old projects:

And my laptop never restarts, i need to turn it off and turn on again

Ouch! Try reinstalling (remove and add) adobe products is my best guess. This will check versions of libraries etc.

I reinstalled character animator but i have the same problem.

I get the same error when i open any project or puppet.
