Search Adobe and elsewhere for all technotes concerning Win Sever 2003.
There are some common gotchas involved, mostly centering around
Win2003 locking down everything including various ports that CF needs to
cleanly install. I've never had difficulties that a technote did not
resolve for me, but it has often taken a try or two to get win2003 to
play nicely with CF.
