Adobe Connect only registers sound from 1 of 2 conference microphones plugged into a USB mixer (Left and Right inputs). Both mics are functional and register correctly in other applications under Windows.

I've just received this message from Adobe: "We have diagnosed this recording further and found the cause of Choppy audio is because of a new backend feature called SmartPause we added to our server. A recording consists of various streams like audio and video. If while playback of the recording a all the streams are not playing together we automatically pause the streams to wait for lagging streams to catch up. Now there is a critical bug in the Adobe Connect FLV-maker function (Adobe Connect 9.3).When I try to "Make FLV", the result FLV-file always is defect (on any computers with any operating systems, with any bandwish etc.). The FLV-file for the record with 2:21:14 duration has the duration 586:12:15, at the every time to make FLV the duration is different, but very big - not the same that the source duration. The result FLV-file cannot be played on any players, cannot be converted.The function "Make FLV" does not work completely, it is not possible to make offline record.The previous version of Adobe Connect (9.2) was excellent, it worked well. This new version is very bad and terrible, it was very bad deal to upgrade.Please fix this terrible blocking critical bug.

What's the problem with Articulate and Adobe Connect LMS playing nice? I'm attempting to take a course that is powered by Adobe Connect. I click the URL and then the web page goes into a never-ending cycle, switching between various course URLs, maybe changing every second.Adobe Connect Diagnostics test passes without issue. My laptop is Win7 fully patched, IE10 and Chrome v39. Tried both Chrome and IE to no avail. Adobe Flash 15,0,0,223 is installed. Already tried deleting \bin folder from user\app data\roaming\macromedia\flash player\www.macromedia.com  and same issue still. Also tried re-installing Connect. thanks,chris

Will the embedded WMV files in a PPT play correctly using screen share? My CEO has a presentation through Adobe Connect. We plan to screen share. Does this allow Connect to play WMV files? I've google over and over but I seem to get answers for file share instead.

I produce webinars, record them all, and then make an OFFLINE VERSION (downloaded to my computer) that I burn to DVD. This has always been flawless in the past. However, now, my OFFLINE RECORDINGS show meetings that are only 16 minutes 40 seconds in length, when in fact they are 2 hours long. The original recordings are the correct length when you view them online. Something seems to go wrong with Adobe's system when it goes through the "make offline" process. I'm on a Mac running 10.7.5 (Lion) and have been using Safari & RealPlayer. Adobe claims to have fixed the file, but the file itself was never the problem....I have multiple downloads of different meetings now all weighing in at 16:40. At first I thought maybe the glitch was from webinars recorded in Connect 8 but made offline after migration to Connect 9. So I tried "making offline" versions of a meeting recorded natively in 9, but had the same result. I've tried meetings that have been edited, meetings that are in their ori
