Mirrored screen

I  had windows 7 on my computer, I downloaded adobe connect for work and it was fine. But I needed windows 10 for work also. I downloaded it and now my adobe connect has the screen mirrored diagonally. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it keeps coming back like this. How can I resolve

Right click in the room, select Settings... disable hardware acceleration.
