My Presenter export it's differrent from preview

Hello, please somehow can help me with this question? I'm losing hours in this and I can solve it. 
I try this https://community.adobe.com/t5/captivate/problem-with-html5-output-presenter-11-and-ppt-16/td-p/8071507?page=1 but did not solve.

I programme with a certain things in Powerpoint and then when I export, it's all bugged. 

I put a questionary and it's all bugged. How can I fix this?

    Odd, that is the most current version. I don't believe the fix in the link above would apply to this version (and since you did that I'm thinking it wasn't the answer). I'd recommend you contact the Connect Support team to see if they have a solution.

    What version of Presenter 11 are you using? You can find this by going to the Presenter ribbon in PPT then going to Help > About Adobe Presenter.
