Substance 3D Painter will no longer start.

hello,

When I start it, the following message will appear, and selecting "reopen" will force it to close. I reinstalled(Latest version) the software, but the result is the same. Is there some kind of configuration file left somewhere?

If anyone knows how to deal with this, please let me know.

macOS Catalina 10.15.7

iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017)

3.4 GHz quadcore Intel Core i5

16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

Radeon Pro 560 4 GB

It looks like there are others having the same problem. Attached here is my report that I sent to Apple.
