Substance painter crashes on startup

I have tried everything from the startup problems page on the support page and it still crashes. I've also browsed most of the messages on this forum and no help. I've tried both

Substance Painter 2 (legacy) Windows version 2.6.2

and

Substance Painter - Indie License Windows version 2019.2.3

I have attached several of the logs I could get from the AppData driectory and my DxDiag.

I have crash dups if there is a way to get them to you.

I am having the same issue. The splash loading screen pops up and then instantly closes.

I have a perpetual Indie license for both Painter and Designer.

My Painter version is 2019.1.3

My Designer version is 2018.1.2

Our logs look exactly the same except I am one version behind you. The last line of the log is:

[INFO] <Qt> "[DBG INFO][Google Analytics]" "Log event Global>Version>Substance Painter.2019.1.3>0"

Have you been able to find a solution yet?
