You can see the seams during texturing . how to fix it?

To be clear, Substance 3D Painter shouldn't have issues to hide seams, but under certain conditions.

First of all, check that the mesh doesn't have any "weird" smoothing group. The Normals from the mesh will always influence how the light behaves on the surface of the model, and depending on the normals, this could result with visible seams.

Secondly, there are known filters that will create visible seams. All the Matfinish, for example. Those filters directly influence the Normal map (not the height as we usually do in Substance 3D Painter), and it's complicated to make a seamless normal map, even with a Tri-Planar mapping.

It's also important to check the UV map. If you have the UVs packed without a decent margin, or really small islands, some artifacts can show up, especially on island's borders.

When baking your High Poly on your Low Poly, set up a decent amount of Dilation Width to avoid padding issues. You can also try to switch the type of padding under the Texture Set Settings.

Lastely, make sure to follow a seamless workflow. If the textures are projected on the UVs, the seams will obviously be visible, but as long as you work with Tri-Planar (or a similar projection), this shouldn't be a problem.
