Padding doesn't work anymore

Hi there.
I'm having a very strange issue since a few days now.
If I try to export my textures with padding activated (dilation+transparent) and set it to 4 or 6 the texture doesn't expand its size anymore which it used to do before.
I need to have this expansion otherwise my texture would have a very ugly visible seam.
No matter what setting I use the texture remains its original 2D size and it doesn't change anything.
I'm really at a loss right now and need help. I also added a picture of the settings I always used when it still worked.

I'm using the latest Version (Substance Painter V9). I'm on Windows 12 V22H2.

Hey and thank you for the suggestions!

I actually found the reason why it wasn't working: I'm on a AMD RX 6800XT and was just using the very latest driver update V23.7.2 and this driver caused the issues I reported. I reverted back to a previous version V23.5.1 and it's working again. Maybe it's something AMD broke on their end or not. Just wanted to let you know 🙂

Thanks again. Is thread can be marked as solved.

Hello @JasminPW,

Thanks for the message.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce with same parameters as in the screenshot.

I know you specified trying multiple settings, but to cover every apsects, 4 or 6 pixels of dilation can be very subttle with 4K maps, so I advise you to try with bigger values (128).

Now that it is said, make sure the globabl settings parameters are effective in each texture set. Depending on how the export has been setup, that could not be the case.

Best regards,
