ช่วยหน่อยครับ พอดีจะเข้าระบบเเล้ว ระบบให้ส่ง otp ไปยังอีเมล ซึ่งตอนนี้อีเมลผมโดนล็อคเข้าไปไม่ได้ แต่เบอร์ใช้เบอร์เดิม จะทำการเปลี่ยนอีเมลใหม่ ช่วยหน่อยครับ เดือดร้อนมากตอนนี้

I can not log in email (those case)

because it sent otp to old email can not read

this email for talking

if you contacted adobe support, see if there's an open ticket after that disconnect, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html

that will contain a reference number that you can supply.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
