If you signed up for a Premium subscription to a mobile app on your mobile device, you need to cancel via the store where you bought the subscription such as Apple Store or Google Playstore.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
