すみません、自己解決しました。

    It looks like this.
    On top of the existing single plan (blue frame)
    The complete plan of the download card (red frame) will be added (no alert will be issued).
    There is no benefit other than adding 100GB of cloud.
    I am trying to order a complete plan on Adobe.com in the same state, but I get an error and can not purchase it.
