결제관리 업데이트를 할 수 있게 해주세요.

결제되는 카드를 분실했고, 현재 사용하고 있는 플랜을 취소하였습니다.

위약금을 지불하려고 하는데, 결제방법관리가 되지를 않습니다.

어도비사에서 이메일을 보냈는데 저는 한국인인데 이메일이 독일어로 되어 있어서 제가 알 수 가 없습니다.

 이 문제를 도와주세요.

If you’ve lost your payment card and need to update your payment method or resolve a cancellation-related charge, we’re here to assist.

Please follow these steps to update your payment information:

  1. Visit the Adobe Account Management page: https://adobe.ly/45yoLvB

  2. Sign in with your Adobe ID.

  3. Navigate to Plans & Payment > Payment Details to enter your new card information.
