분명 저는 하나의 플랜만 구독 했는데 어째서 두번 결제가 되었는지 설명해주시고고환불 진행 부탁드립니다. 또한 제 플랜을 이미 결제했는데도 청구 관련 문제가 있다고 뜨는데 이는 왜그런지 설명부탁드립니다
