결제 취소했는데 문제가 있나요?

오늘 결제가 되었는데, 통장에 돈이 없는 학생이라 플랜을 변경하고 다시 취소를 했습니다.

그런데 더이상 어도비 서비스로 이용할 수 없는 상황으로 확인되었는데요.

플랜 변경을 할 때 지불했던 금액과 오늘 결제가 된 기존 플랜의 돈 모두 환불 받을 수 있을까요? 밥을 먹어야 해요.

I confirm that a refund has been initiated from Adobe today after you cancelled the plan. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.
