결제 취소 요청

이번 달 결제 메세지를 받고  한 번도 이용하지 않고 바로 취소를 하려고 하는데 왜 수수료를 지불해야하는지 모르겠습니다. 수수료를 지불하지 않고 결제를 취소하는 방법은 없나요?

플랜을 바꾸면 현재 지불했던 것은 환불해준다고 하여서 새 플랜 가격을 지불하고 기존의 것의 환불을 기다리는 상태입니다. 환불은 언제 되나요?

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I would also recommend you inquire with your educational institution to see if they offer a discounted membership instead of purchasing one from Adobe directly. ^JW
