11월부터 12월 1월 까지 총 3번 어도비 24000원씩 카드 결제가 되었습니다

저는 암호를 바꾼 적도 없고

이 계정을 2022년 6월 이후 사용한 적이 없는데

누군가가 제 계정을 해킹하여 구독을 했습니다.

3개월 동안 총 7만3000원을 환불해주시고 플랜도 취소해주세요!

these are user forums. we can't do anything for you. ie, you must contact adobe support yourself.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
