구독취소및 환불

자동결제로 카드 결제는 되었는데포토샵도 실행이 안 되고 구독 신청 화면만 뜹니다.구독을 취소하려고 보니 Adobe 계정 플랜 관리에 제 구독 내역이 전혀 보이지 않습니다.결제만 처리되고 구독이 계정에 연결되지 않은 상태라해당 결제 건 취소 및 전액 환불 요청합니다.
