24/12/10 1년 구독이 끝나서 플랜 취소 했는데 25/12/11 취소수수료 43000원이 부과되었습니다. 1년 사용했으므로 취소수수료 환불 부탁드립니다!

you should cancel before the renewal date and after the 12 th payment is processed to have no penalty with an annual subscription paid monthly.
