Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. I can see your monthly subscription is 17 days old which makes it ineligible for refund. You can check the details outlined in the article shared by the expert @kglad above.

However, I'd recommend you to cancel the plan if you do not wish to use it further to avoid getting charged for next month.

I canceled my subscription. I'm not currently using it, and I'd like a refund for the Illustrator and Photoshop payments I made in December.

your screenshot shows two active subscriptions for which you are being billed. that billing will continue unless you cancel (each) subscription.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
