@Melodic_doer5C5D that may be a blessing in disguise! You are better off to download and use the desktop version as you would be entitled to both the desktop, web, and mobile with Adobe.

But if you go online, and use a mobile device, you will be making the purchase through an app, Apple or Google and you only get the 'mobile' version only! Adobe doesn't have any access to your accounts and billings.... I would go to adobe.com, and buy direct!
