두번 결제는 되었는데 결제되는 두달동안 사용을 하지 않았습니다. 환불하고 싶어요

자동결제가 되어있어서 두달동안 결제가 되었습니다.

그러나 저는 결제가 된 두달동안 프리미어 프로를 한번도 사용한 적이 없어서요.

환불하고 싶습니다.

You can ask, but you are unlikely to get a refund. Subscribing to Adobe's software is like subscribing to a cable TV or streaming service. It doesn't matter whether you used it or not, it was available for you to use.

 

Also be aware that unless you got a Month to Month plan rather than the Annual plan paid monthly (which is the most common choice) and you decide to cancel the subscription, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 1/2 of the remaining months in the contract.
