<email address removed> 으로 계정활성화 후  로그 아웃 하고 다시 재로그인 할려고 하는데 비빌번호 분실로 다시 로그인이 되지 않습니다..

그래서 플랜취소를 못했습니다.. 빨리 취소하여 주세요... 핼프미!!

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
