문제 해결 부탁드려요

결제를 취소하려고 하는데 취소 확인 버튼이 모바일이든 PC든 둘 다 처리가 안됩니다. 그리고 결제가 두 번 처리되어 기존 금액의 2배가 지불되는 상황이 발생했는데 이 부분도 제대로 환불 처리 부탁드립니다.

      I reviewed your account and can confirm that your plan has already been cancelled. Since it is an annual plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing term, which is July 31, 2026. After that date, the plan will automatically expire, and no further charges will be applied.

      Adobe has also sent a confirmation email with these details for your records.
