미사용 구독결제 건 환불요청

안녕하세요
한달전 adobe photoshop의 무료체험판을 신청 후 한달사용분이 결제되어
한달간 사용하였습니다.
그러나, 25.08.18 에 구독결제가 추가로 진행되어
해당 프로그램을 사용하지 않고있음에도 결제가 되었습니다.
25.08.18 결제건 관련하여 단 한 번도 프로그램을 사용하지 않았고 현재는 구독을 취소한 상태입니다.
해당기간에 대한 결제금액의 환불을 부탁 드리겠습니다. 감사합니다.

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, you have subscribed to monthly subscription to adobe Photoshop. Refund can only be issued if the subscription is cancelled with first 14 days(as the expert mentioned above).

Could you confirm when did you cancel the plan? Did you receive any confirmation email?
