사용하지 않았는데 자동결제가 계속 됐었어요. 환불 받고 싶어요.

모르고 있었다가 마지막 결제만 취소를 했는데,결제 내역을 보니까 10만원이 훨씬 넘게 그간 결제를 해왔더라고요.X 가 되어 있는 건 사용했거나, 환불 받은 것들이고V 표시가 되어 있는 것들은 사용하지 않았는데 자동결제가 계속 되오던 것들이에요.제발 절반이라도 환불 받고 싶어요. 너무 아까워서 다시 어도비를 사용할 생각이 안들어요.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
