As checked, you previously had a Photoshop plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. The subscription was purchased on June 24 and canceled on the same day.
Since the cancellation was made within the 14-day period, you are eligible for a full refund. As confirmed, Adobe has initiated the refund and will process it within a few business days.
