어도비 스톡 구독한 적이 없는데 구독이 되어있었어요. 한 번도 안썼는데 돈이 계속 나가고 있어서 환불 하려고 보니까 수수료를 내라는데 사용한 적이 없어도 환불처리가 안되나요? 된다면 취소랑 환불 처리 좀 부탁드려요

and the adobe stock subscription is (apparently) inadvertently made by user by selecting a check box when making their app (eg, photoshop) subscription.

Upon checking, I can confirm that you have an active Photoshop and Adobe Stock plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Both subscriptions are on an annual plan, paid monthly.

Please note that if you cancel a plan within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund and your account will switch to a free membership. However, if you cancel after 14 days, an early termination fee will apply. This fee is 50 percent of the remaining balance of your annual contract. For example, if you cancel in the ninth month, you would be charged 50 percent of the remaining three months' fees.

The reason for this charge is that annual plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly plans. The early termination fee helps offset that discount if the plan is cancelled before the end of the commitment period.
