이중 결제_전액 환불 요청

안녕하세요.

2025년 7월 22일에 연간 플랜(월결제)을 구독했지만,
14일 이내에 취소를 완료했고,
Adobe 계정에도 "이 플랜을 취소하셨습니다"로 표시되어 있습니다.

그런데 7월 22일과 8월 2일 두 차례에 걸쳐
각 ₩47,300씩 총 ₩94,600이 결제되었습니다.

해당 결제는 모두 환불 대상이므로,
두 건 전체에 대한 전액 환불을 요청드립니다.

카드 끝자리: 6426
총 환불 요청 금액: ₩94,600
결제일: 2025년 7월 22일, 8월 2일

copy and paste the emails from adobe:

 

1. confirming your trial subscription start (showing the date and no personal data)

2. confirming your cancellation (showing the date and no personal data).

We can confirm that your subscription has been successfully canceled for renewal. However, since it was an annual plan, it will remain active until the end of the current term, which is August 21, 2026. You will continue to have access to the services until that date, and no further charges will be applied after the term ends.

Hello,

I subscribed to the annual plan (monthly payment) on July 22, 2025, and canceled the subscription within the 14-day period. However, two charges were still made — ₩47,300 on July 22 and another ₩47,300 on August 2, totaling ₩94,600.

I had already requested a refund for the July 22 payment, but no refund was issued, and the next charge was made on August 2.

According to Adobe’s refund policy, I would like to request a full refund for both charges.

Both transactions were made using the card ending in 6426.

Please confirm whether the refund can be processed and let me know the status.
