인보이스에 결제내역이 안뜹니다

주문번호 REMOVED

작년 블랙프라이데이 할인으로 모든 앱 플랜을 결제했는데 어도비 계정 인보이드 청구내역에 뜨지도 않고 앱 실행이 되지 않으며 추가로 플랜을 구매하라는 창밖에 뜨지 않습니다. 이번년도 2월에도 결제되었는데 왜 어도비 계정으로 앱 실행이 되지 않으며 주문내역에도 제가 결제한 플랜이 뜨지 않는건가요.
