2025년1월달쯤부터 사용이안된다고떠서 정지된건줄알았는데 앱사용및 업데이트만 안돼고 돈은계속 빠져나가더라구요 환불받고싶습니다

As per your account details, the CC all apps plan got renewed in January this year. You need to cancel the plan in order to stop it from getting renewed. Also, it has been more than 6 months since the renewal. We are sorry but refund is not an available option right now.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

@Peaceful_Eclipse6381 sorry to hear this happened. January 2025? You realize it's July 2025—and you are just noticing this now? Make sure you use the correct dates when speaking with Adobe

This sounds like a technical issue or a misunderstanding of the cancellation process, which is why you need to contact Adobe Customer Support directly. This is a user-forum, not all the time do an Adobe employee monitors these page

  • Is is possible the app access was suspended due to a payment issue, but the subscription itself wasn't formally cancelled, leading to continued charges. 
  • Something was amiss with your subscription status.
