제가 프리미어프로 연간플랜 구독취소를 하였는데 이번달까지 결제후 다음달까지 사용이 가능하길래 결제된후 이제 연간플랜 끝난줄알고 해지신청을 했는데 위약금이 결제되었습니다 해지신청을 취소하고 다음달까지 이용가능하게 하고 위약금환불해주세요 이미 1년치 결제 다 끝내고 위약금 내는게 너무 억울하네요

    these are user-to-user forums.  i think you'll need to contact adobe support to do what you want (which isn't clear to me).

     

    using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true.
