플랜 취소를 1개월 전에 했는데도 계속 청구 되고 있습니다.

11월 초 경 플랜취소를 했는데, 11월, 12월 계속 청구 되고 있습니다.

들어가 보니, 취소 안되어있어서, 다시 취소 했습니다.

12월 청구 된 금액 37,000 내야 하는 건가요?

these are user forums. you need to contact adobe.

 

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
