더이상 앱을 사용하고 싶지 않아서 구매 복원을 복원이 눌렀는데 안됩니다. 환불은 할 수 없는 건가요?

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
