1-year Amazon Code auto-renewal cancelled: lost the remaining months

Hello,

I purchased an Amazon code for a one-year Creative Cloud subscription last November. About a month ago, I cancelled the auto-renewal, and it clearly stated that I had approximately 87 days remaining on my subscription.

However, as of today, I no longer have access to the Adobe suite, even though my subscription should be valid until November 21.

I have no way of contacting a human through customer service, as the chatbot considers that I don’t have an active subscription. I also can’t see the Amazon code listed as a cancelled subscription. It’s as if the past 10 months of my subscription simply never existed.

Could you please look into this and restore my access for the remaining period of my subscription?

Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out, @HannahR.

I understand how frustrating it would be to lose access before the date you expected, especially when you believed you still had time remaining on your subscription.

I reviewed the subscription history for your Adobe account and found a Creative Cloud Pro subscription that began on November 21, 2025, and was canceled on September 6, 2026.

One thing that stands out is that Adobe does not offer education-discounted Creative Cloud subscriptions through Amazon. Because of that, I'd like to understand better which product was purchased through Amazon and whether it was associated with the same Adobe account.

    Could you let us know:

    • The exact product name shown on your Amazon order.
    • Whether you still have the redemption email or Amazon order details available.
    •

Once we have that information, we can take a closer look at how the Amazon purchase relates to the subscription history we're seeing on the account.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or can provide the information above. I'm happy to continue investigating, @HannahR..
