1 Year Plan was cancelled by Adobe after 1 month. Adobe wont restore.

Hi, I got an email saying my 1Year plan was canceled (originally ending Feb 14, 2024). Adobe support cant really help. Can someone help investigate? There is something wrong with Adobe's billing system.

you must go through adobe support.

I'm chatting with Adobe now, but all they tell me is that I can buy another 1 year. They're not able to restore. I'm asking to escalate but so far, they have no resolution. All their answers are canned responses. That's why I am posting here on Adobe Support - hoping someone on support can help.
