Question

12 months membership to Adobe® Creative Cloud

I redeemed a code for 12 months membership to Adobe® Creative Cloud logging in with my actual Adobe email (which I had an active plan) and....nothing happened. I still get billed on my original payment source.

If I try the process again, it tells me the code has been redeemed.

How could I fix this?

Emanuel, thanks for your question. If you cannot redeem the code, you will want to contact the seller to ask for a refund. You can find more information on how to redeem redemption codes at https://adobe.ly/3JGY0sL.

I did review the account you used to post to this public discussion forum and can confirm that the code was not applied to the account. ^JW

Hi Jeff, thank you for getting back to me.

The code was awarded to me directly from Adobe, because I partecipated to a UX event.

I just found this info that applies to me, but again, it didn't really work like this:

If your payment plan is Annual plan, paid monthly, Adobe stops charging your credit card after you redeem the code. After the redemption code subscription term expires, Adobe resumes charging your credit card.
