1700$ siphoned over 4 years on a subscription I didn't know i had, and didn't use. Why? And what can i do to get my money back?

In 2022 I began paying for a photoshop account. I recall making something in photoshop, but i don’t remember signing up for a paid subscription and there’s no email chain from adobe about my subscription, no confirmation email or thank you email. Just a verification code from around that time I’m assuming that was to link the account to my email originally when it was made. Then for 4 years month by month adobe has silently charged me 37$ now accumulating to about 1700$ for a subscription I didn’t want and didn’t use. How much of Adobe’s money comes from things like this? Is this by design? I’m pretty upset, this is a large sum of money over a long period of time.

I am sorry to hear that you have been paying for a subscription you were not aware of and did not receive value from.

I reviewed the account associated with your community profile and can confirm that the Photoshop subscription was started on September 1, 2022. I also do not see any record of the subscription being used.

Since this subscription has been active for several years, I'm not able to determine refund eligibility through this public forum. Given the lack of use, please contact us directly so our team can review the situation in detail and discuss any available options.
