$19 charged to my PayPal for an all apps subscription when I tried to update payment info

I recently logged in to adobe to cancel a subscription I had for the photography plan, and I noticed that it said I had to update my payment information before I could cancel. I went through the process of updating my payment information, then I got a message saying "thanks for your purchase" because it somehow subscribed me for a yearly subscription to the all apps plan. I immediately cancelled that because I have no use for any of the apps, but it charged me $19 for an early cancellation fee. Is there any way I can get a refund for this, because I didn't know I was being charged for it and I didn't use any of the apps?
