2 Adobe account on the same email address

My email address is linked to 2 Adobe accounts (idk how this is possible but it's the case). One of them has a license but the other don't, it's a problem. I tried to chat with the Adobe bot but at this point I just want to talk with an humain, how can I contact the Adobe support service ? Thanks

Only Adobe Customer Care can assist with account information. You'll have to contact them again. There are two ways to contact them.

 

Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

Type "agent" to get a human and not the bot

Ask for a case number at the beginning of the chat


You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.
