2 different plans I'm upset !!!

Last Sept I had to get a tech on the phone with me to help me with something & before he hung up he said I can help you improve your plan , I see you're paying for Prem Pro separately so for the next 3 mths you won't owe anything & you will have ALL of the programs, he made it sound so good & a great deal,  roll around to Jan 2024 & I just happen to have to log into my Adobe account & saw they had hit my CC for 2 accounts, one for  19.99 & one for 29.99, that's 50.0 a month,  ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!!  Now I cannot find a phone # to talk to anyone ,  I need the one that is 29 , because it has Prem Pro in it, the other plan is the one I've had for many yrs but I don't need  2 PS,  2 LR,  2 BR etc.....................

Does anyone have a suggestion  for me to fix this before they hit me again 2/21 for another 50.00 !!!  I seriously only use BR, LR, PS & PP.  LR is rarely since I pretty much use PS for all of my editing needs.  This is ridiculous .  He made it sound good alright

Please help me figure this out before I get hit with another double payment.

Thank you to the person that connected me to the chat group & told me to type in AGENT,  I'm having my problem fixed now, she saw immediately what happened & very kindly is reimbursing me for the oversite.   Good News

It's unlikely you have two separate plans under the same Adobe ID.  Perhaps you have more than one log-in?  Home & Business/Schools. Or maybe under a different email account.  In any case, this user-to-user community can't help you with account/billing issues.  You'll need to log-in to the correct account below and cancel the one you don't need.

No, I actually had 2 plans it was a mistake by one of the techs from last Sept,  the customer service agent just saw that I had a photography plan for 19.99 &  Creative Cloud plan ALL apps for 29.99.   All under the same email address.   It's been fixed.  YAH !!!

This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
.
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
.
This link will go directly to the chat option
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
or
X (aka Twitter) tweet @AdobeCare
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
