2 same plan

Question

It was an issue with my credit card, so when I opened the PS . a message came up that my plan has ended and sudjested me to buy a plan, when i got the plan and i checked my profile I noticed ,now i have 2 plan , same. how can I cancel one of them without extra charges ?
