26,400원이 나가는 플랜을 취소했는데 어떻게 반환이 되지 않고 오히려 26,400원이 추가로 결제가 되었다 어떻게 하면 반환 받을 수 있는가?

우선 어도비 프리미어 프로 질문에 이러한 질문을 올려 매우 죄송하다 하지만 너무나 나에겐 중요한 사안이라서 질문을 드리고 싶다 26,400원이 한달에 한 번 결제가 된다 나는 매달 10일마다 자동 결제가 되는데 자동 결제가 된것을 보고 이 플랜을 취소해야겠다는 생각이 들어 플랜을 곧바로 취소했는데 돈을 환불 받지 못했고 오히려 직불로 26,400원이 추가로 결제가 되었다. 나에게는 너무 소중한 돈인데 두 번이나 결제가 되어버렸다 이것을 환불 받고싶다 부탁합니다

    A refund takes up to 14 days and is automatic if you cancel in no more than 14 days of a trial
    After 14 days a trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund when you cancel
