3월달 연간 결제 취소 후 모르는 사이 다시 결제

3월달에 어도비 연간 결제를 한 뒤 연간보다 월간 플렌이 제게 맞을 것 같아서 연간 결제를 취소한 뒤 월간 결제로 구독을 했습니다. 그런데 4월 11일 부터 475200원이라는 결제 실패 문자가 지속해서 날라와서 뭔가 했는데 지금 보니 어도비더군요.. 이것 때문에 슽트레스 받아서 죽겠습니다... 이제 대학교 1학년이라 돈도 없는데 어떻게 해결해야 할지도 모르겠고 애초에 결제 취소를 했는데 그 다음달에 다시 자동으로 결제가 되는건 뭔가 싶고요... 아무나 제발 도와주세요..

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
