3-moths free promo - region issues

Good day!
I have an active code for 3-months free creative cloud apps. But I can't redeem it. I keep getting an error message "This code is from a country or region that does not match your Adobe ID.". Code is from product (monitor) that I've purchased recently. How can I fix this issue?

from whom did you obtain that code and how did you obtain it?  eg, via a free offer with a product purchase or from a vendor purchase?

I would say you would need to connect to the party which gave you this promo. They need to ensure that the codes relevant to a region should be given there. They can probably work with Adobe if needed and get this fixed.
