404 page not found when i want to manage my plan

Hi,

I've been wanting to change my plan from student to personal/individual for a long time but i always get this error message when I click on "manage plan". I'm not sure what to do and i cant even access my programs anymore cause of this. pls help.

Hi, apologies for the late reply, in the end it didnt work. still had the "page not found" error. how i resolved it is to contact customer service for them to help me cancel my plan (which was outdated, was with a previous retailer that no longer works with adobe). and got me a new plan. thanks for the help!

use a different non-opera updated browser. a mobile's browser is the most likely to work.

thanks for the reply! i'm using the updated version of google chrome. I also tried using Edge but I get the same error message.
