£89.50 cancellation fee

Hi,

On June the 1st I applied for the Creative Cloud membership. I bought this for my journalism course - as part of the course we have to edit videos.

I have tried to cancel my subscription now, to be told I have to pay £89.50 to cancel. I am about to graduate, am unemployed and broke - this is incredibly unfair.

Is there any way to get around this and not pay £89.50? I don't have that money.

that was part of the deal for accepting an annual subscription paid monthly vs a montly subscription. the monthly costs more per month but you can cancel any time.

the annual has a 1 week trial and then a 1 week grace period. you appear to be outside that time limit.
