a los cuantos dias se reembolsa

Quisiera saber a los cuantos dias impactara el reembolso, debido a que cancele mi plan dentro de los 14 dias. Hasta el dia de hoy van 6 dias desde que cancele el plan por problemas tecnicos de mi notebook.
